Warranty coverage
Eligible modular furniture and selected workmanship may carry coverage of up to 10 years where this is stated in the signed quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply to branded hardware, appliances and bought-out products.
What may be covered
- Manufacturing defects in eligible modular units
- Specified hardware under the manufacturer’s terms
- Workmanship issues reported within the stated defect-liability period
Common exclusions
- Water seepage, dampness, pests or building movement
- Misuse, impact, overloading or unauthorized alterations
- Normal wear, fading and consumable components
- Products or work excluded in the signed scope
Project timeline
We do not use a single delivery promise for every project. Your schedule is confirmed after site readiness, final measurements, design sign-off, material approval and advance payment. Changes, building restrictions and delayed client approvals can affect the completion date.
